We want you to feel good about your ISHVA purchase. If something isn't right, returning it should be simple.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Here's all we ask

Please make sure your item is:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• In the same condition you received it

• With tags attached, if applicable

That's it.

How to return something

Just email us at support@thedivinecompany.in with your order number and let us know you'd like to make a return.

We'll get back to you with the simple next steps.

Please don't worry about figuring out where to send it yourself — we'll guide you.

Something arrived wrong?

If your order arrived damaged, defective, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we're really sorry.

Send us an email with your order number and a couple of photos showing the issue. We'll take care of it with a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

What can't be returned?

We generally can't accept:

• Items that have been worn or washed

• Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery

• Gift cards

• Items clearly marked as final sale or non-returnable

• Personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect

Return shipping

If you're returning something simply because you changed your mind, return shipping may be your responsibility.

If we made a mistake or your product arrived damaged or defective, we'll help arrange the return shipping.

Your refund

Once your return reaches us, we'll check it and let you know.

If everything looks good, we'll send the refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may take a little extra time to show it in your account.
